About The Position

If you enjoy working behind the scenes to make people's day, you'll love working on our team! We're looking for a friendly housekeeping and laundry attendant to join the Princess Anne family of 200+ team members and 1,200+ Members. In this position, you will be responsible for enhancing the experience of our members by maintaining the cleanliness of club facilities. Our housekeeping and laundry attendants uphold the club's standards of service by anticipating and graciously responding to the needs of members and team members.

Responsibilities

• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Emptying waste receptacles and disposing of waste
• Wiping down counters, tables, etc.
• Cleaning windows
• Restocking towels, supplies and amenities such as toilet paper, soap, razors, after shave, feminine products, mouthwash, etc.
• Laundering linens to include, but not limited to, napkins, tablecloths, towels, washcloths and aprons.
• Communicate linen supply needs with supervisor and team leaders.
• Communicate any facility deficiencies to Maintenance and Assistant Manager – Clubhouse Operations
• Provide for the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property
• Greet members and guests pleasantly and enthusiastically
• Seek opportunities to enhance the members’ and guests’ experience by listening and taking the initiative to deliver superior customer service
