About The Position

Hamister Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Aide to join the team at Orchard Heights Assisted Living. This day-shift position helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment that feels like home for residents. The role emphasizes exceptional service and honoring resident preferences. The schedule is 30 or more hours per week, with alternating weekends and a holiday rotation required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas.
• Help ensure a warm, welcoming, home-like atmosphere throughout the community.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
• Respond to resident requests professionally and with care.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to support daily operations.
