Heritage Specialty Care, a 171-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Cedar Rapids, IA, is now hiring for Days Housekeeping! This role is for a compassionate Housekeeper looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals during their healthcare journey. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will provide comprehensive care that truly matters. With over forty (40) skilled nursing communities across Iowa, Care Initiatives is committed to providing exceptional care and support at every stage of the healthcare journey. Responsibilities

Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
