About The Position
White Oak Manor Kings Mountain, a respected Skilled Long-Term Care & Short-Term Rehabilitation Facility, is seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The role involves creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, and the ideal candidate will take pride in their work knowing it makes a difference in someone’s day.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends (required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or healthcare cleaning experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replacing linens and restocking supplies
- Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Providing friendly and respectful service to residents and staff
