The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of all Resident's apartment and common areas. This role involves adhering to established residence policies and procedures, including safety rules and safe working practices. The position requires preparing documentation as required, being aware of and respecting Resident Rights & Responsibilities, attending in-service training and staff meetings, and participating in the Quality Improvement Program. The role also involves working in a position of trust with vulnerable adults (residents) and upholding the organization's values and philosophy relating to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Revera's Code of Conduct. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the responsibilities.
