About The Position

The housekeeping account manager will oversee the account portfolio in PA; meeting clients, responding to emails and phone calls from property management and clients, adhering to P&L budgets working directly with porters, cleaners, and supervisors to ensure customer needs are met as described on the cleaning scope of work. Ordering supplies, Submitting time records for staff. The salary for this position starts at $50K depending on experience and education. Requirements

  • Must be flexible as the position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Must have attended and successfully passed the training.
  • Must have at least 4 years of janitorial management experience or experience in a related field. 2 years of janitorial management experience will be considered with a completed Associate's degree.
  • Skilled and proficient in MBWA and strong Client Relationship Building.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and be able to operate and maintain site-specific programs

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day cleaning operations of client facility three shifts, 5 days a week and on Saturdays during peak season. Some daily cleaning responsibilities.
  • Will complete biweekly payroll, monthly supply ordering, hire and train staff as required, conduct daily QA inspections, maintain positive client relations.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
