Job Skills / Requirements The Account Supervisor supports housekeeping operations at a large casino hotel, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness and quality standards. This role coordinates daily operational activities, performs inspections, manages administrative functions, and serves as a liaison between the client, management team, and union representatives, without directly supervising union employees. The position operates in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.

Requirements

  • Hospitality or housekeeping leadership experience in a union environment preferred
  • Understanding of labor agreements and unionized work environments
  • Payroll, timekeeping, and administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in large hotel or casino operations a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations in accordance with client expectations and collective bargaining agreements
  • Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Communicate operational priorities and service needs through approved channels
  • Serve as a point of contact between the client, management, and union leadership
  • Support training, safety, and service standard compliance
  • Review and process payroll, timekeeping, and attendance records for accuracy
  • Complete administrative duties including reports, schedules, and documentation
  • Assist with staffing coordination and operational planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
