About The Position

Sandy Lane, an AAA Five (5) Diamond, Forbes Five Star exclusive resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking to fill the following vacancies in our Housekeeping Department. The Housekeeper will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and will be responsible for completing assigned duties for the cleanliness of the Hotel Guest Rooms. The Housemen will report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and will be responsible for completing assigned duties for the cleanliness of the Hotel. The Laundry Supervisor will report directly to the Laundry Manager and will be responsible for maintaining quality control. This concerns every piece of fabric that is received by the Laundry Department. The Laundry Assistant will be responsible for the processing all soiled linen and maintaining good quality service. The FF&E Clerk will be responsible for the maintenance of all the hotel’s furniture, furnishings and equipment. The Messenger/Driver will be responsible for maintaining the smooth delivery of linen, gear and documents to the hotel. Experience in the Hotel Industry will be required these vacancies. The successful candidates must consistently maintain the highest standard of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility. They must be well-groomed and enthusiastic and will be required to work flexible hours. They must also be in excellent physical condition to perform extensive walking, bending and stretching and be able to handle pressure calmly and professionally in a busy environment.
