Requirements

Must be 18 years of age at time of start.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have a passion for customer service and providing the best experience for residents!
CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
May be required to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired!

Responsibilities

Ensure fantastic customer service and care for resident accommodations and shared spaces.
Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed.
Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and filled.
Keep equipment maintained.
Provide excellent Customer Service to residents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
