About The Position

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for a long-term care nursing facility in Roswell, GA. This role involves maintaining all floors through various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Walk-ins are welcome at Roswell Nursing Center, 1109 Green St., Roswell, GA 30075.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience utilizing commercial floor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Properly and safely operate various pieces of equipment such as extractors, auto-scrapers, high-speed buffers, shop vacs, side-to-side buffers, vacuums, and steam machines.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and store properly in designated locations after each use.
• Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
