About The Position

Aegis Living Lake Union is hiring a Housekeeper to help provide residents with a clean and safe living environment. The role is full-time and offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and compensation of $21.50 per hour. The Housekeeper cleans resident rooms and common areas, handles laundry and clean linens, communicates effectively, and helps build satisfaction among residents and their families. Other duties are assigned by the Maintenance Director.

Requirements

• Be compassionate and respectful of seniors.
• Be able to work independently and function in a team environment.
• Be personable, energetic, and hardworking.
• Be willing to take a 2-step TB test.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience and/or experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and common areas.
• Wash laundry items and provide clean linen and towels.
• Communicate effectively.
• Practice effective team behavior.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Build resident and family satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
