Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipment

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred
• Bilingual helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, clubhouse, and common areas
• Ensure daily upkeep of interior and exterior community spaces
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment as needed
• Manage custodial supply inventory and maintain equipment
• Clean work areas, tools, and equipment after use
• Provide timely and courteous service to residents and team members
• Follow OSHA and EPA standards and comply with all Fair Housing regulations
