About The Position

We have a Housekeeper position at our Management Support property, Rancho Palisades, located at 4849 Frankford Rd. Dallas, Texas 75287. This property has 562 apartment units. We are looking for organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work. MS manages its own luxury Class A and B + multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We presently manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties. We are dedicated to providing our residents an outstanding living experience including the highest level of resident service without differed maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry 20 lb up stairs
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Operate an electric golf cart
• Use chemicals according to labeling safety
• Clean on-site building facilities, vacant and occupied apartments
