Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Qualified associates who have been with the company for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the senior living community.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and families.
- Participate in entertaining events and gatherings to foster connections for residents.
