About The Position
Drury Hotels is hiring immediately for full-time, experienced housekeepers. In this role, you will play a major part in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. Guests will be able to rest easily knowing that the hotel offers cleaner rooms than the competition. As an essential team member, you will work on a team completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine. Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
- Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as cleaning supplies.
- Requires ability to work without direct supervision.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Requires the ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift.
- Requires ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.
- Requires the ability to lift 25 – 35 pounds intermittently during the workday.

- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is useful but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Vacuuming

- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance-needed items.
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests.
- May be asked to assist in laundry/cleaning public spaces when needed.
