About The Position

A high net worth private family in Bridgehampton, NY is seeking an experienced and professional Housekeeper for a temporary position. The role begins immediately and runs through July 15, 2025. Responsibilities will include daily deep cleaning, maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment, ensuring the daily routines run smoothly, performing everyday and thorough cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and regular polishing, changing bed linens every day, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residence, paying close attention to details, managing household inventories, including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and groceries, and promptly replenishing, organizing closets, cupboards, and storage spaces to maximize efficiency and accessibility, assisting with meal serving if needed, ensuring that all appliances, electronics, and other equipment are in proper working order, handling special cleaning projects such as seasonal cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-event cleanup, handling other household-related tasks as requested, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while respecting the employer's privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

English-speaking is a must
At least two years of experience working with high net worth families
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion
Possessing knowledge of high-end furnishings, fabrics, and textiles
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership
Be able to maintain a professional demeanor while working in a high-pressure environment
Have a flexible schedule and be available to work whenever

Responsibilities

Daily deep cleaning
Maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment, ensuring the daily routines run smoothly
Perform everyday and thorough cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and regular polishing
Change bed linens every day
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residence, paying close attention to details
Manage household inventories, including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and groceries, and promptly replenish
Organize closets, cupboards, and storage spaces to maximize efficiency and accessibility
Assist with meal serving if needed
Ensure that all appliances, electronics, and other equipment are in proper working order
Handle special cleaning projects such as seasonal cleaning, deep cleaning, and post-event cleanup
Handling other household-related tasks as requested
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while respecting the employer's privacy and confidentiality
