About The Position

Windsor Manor Nevada is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper to join their Environmental Services team. This role is responsible for cleaning vacant apartments in preparation for move-in, cleaning occupied apartments weekly or as scheduled, and cleaning common areas to maintain the highest degree of cleanliness. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule with no late nights, contributing to a positive work-life balance. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring residents feel comfortable, safe, and proud of their community.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Should be familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, spray bottles, and with the safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, hospitality, healthcare, or cleaning experience preferred.
Assisted Living experience preferred but not required.
Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist.
Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist.
Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply.
Report items needed to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized.
Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly.
Other duties as assigned.
