About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Housekeeper to join the Cancun Resort Las Vegas team. This role is a full-time opportunity within a successful and growing company. The resort features 446 units, including villas and penthouse suites, and offers amenities such as a cascading waterfall, water slides, a swimming pool, and a poolside café. Spa services are also available. Hilton Grand Vacations aims to make guests' days better by providing opportunities to enjoy life and travel, with a focus on helping employees get ahead in their careers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with Owners, Guests, and team members.
• Ensure Owner and Guest satisfaction and actively deliver Inspired Hospitality.
• Prepare guest rooms according to HGV standards of cleanliness and room presentation.
• Promptly report any damages, maintenance issues, or disturbances in Synergy.
• Address guest requests and complaints with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and safe operation of all housekeeping equipment and tools.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and tools to support efficient operations.
• May be assigned to cleaning and upkeeping of common areas, including lobby, corridors and restrooms.
• Perform all work in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
