Requirements

• 0–5 years of housekeeping experience (commercial or residential)
• Ability to follow instructions, cleaning checklists, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial cleaning environments (offices, facilities, or multi-unit properties)
• Familiarity with common cleaning tools and equipment (vacuums, mops, microfiber systems, etc.)
• Comfort working independently and managing time effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens/break areas, and high-touch points according to established procedures
• Empty trash and replace liners; dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, and other consumables) as needed
• Follow site-specific checklists and quality standards to ensure consistent results
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly (including proper dilution and labeling when applicable)
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs to a supervisor promptly
• Maintain a professional, respectful presence while working in client spaces
