ENV SVCS WKR/HOUSEKEEPER - Per Diem
About The Position
Palm Point Behavioral Health is recruiting for a Per-Diem Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting various areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, waiting rooms, restrooms, cafeteria, break rooms, offices and other spaces. Hospital housekeepers are responsible for the following: Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming and washing windows. Disinfecting surfaces and equipment, using appropriate cleaning agents, and following infection control protocols. Changing bed linens. Maintaining an infection-free environment throughout the hospital. Utilizing approved cleaning solutions for proper disinfection. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred, but not required.
