As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the community. You’ll ensure common areas, amenities, and apartment homes meet company cleanliness standards while supporting overall property presentation and resident satisfaction. This role is detail-oriented and fast-paced, requiring consistency, efficiency, and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, clubrooms, restrooms, and shared spaces daily
  • Vacuum carpets and mop hard surface flooring
  • Dust, wipe, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Clean interior windows, mirrors, and high-touch areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste areas
  • Maintain model and show units in a clean, fresh, and guest-ready condition
  • Perform daily touch-up cleaning to ensure presentation standards
  • Clean laundry rooms, including machines, floors, and surrounding areas
  • Remove lint and debris to support safety and efficiency
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of shared facilities
  • Clean vacant units and prepare them for new residents
  • Complete final cleaning prior to move-ins
  • Ensure units meet company move-in standards
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
  • Use cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents and prospects
  • Support a clean, welcoming, and positive community environment
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
