About The Position

The Housekeeper position is a full-time role on the 1st shift, working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, five days a week. This includes working every other weekend and holiday. The role involves performing cleaning procedures, observing waste disposal, assisting with housekeeping equipment, and reporting any malfunctions or areas in poor repair. The Housekeeper will also dispense supplies, attend training, and observe infection control procedures. Additionally, the role requires wearing a clean uniform, assisting in other hospitality areas when needed, following Resident's Rights policies and the facility safety program, and demonstrating dependability and punctuality. The Housekeeper is expected to accept assigned duties cooperatively, be accountable for staff handbook data, and exemplify the Mission Values of Jennings: Respect, Community, Discovery of Potential, and Celebration of Life. Compliance with Corporate Compliance Programs and performing other related duties as directed are also key aspects of this position.
