About The Position

Cleans walls, lights, fixtures, and furniture in all assigned areas of the hospital to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infection using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals. Cleans, waxes, extracts, and maintains floors, carpeting, and stairwells and assists with heavy cleaning throughout the hospital. This is a 3rd shift position, working Thursday through Sunday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Proficiency in operating all cleaning equipment safely without causing damage.
• Ability to work and interact with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Compliance with OSHA regulations for N95 respirator training and fit testing.
• Adherence to infection control policies and guidelines.
• Follow hand hygiene and PPE requirements.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
