Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a passion for serving older adults
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Work respectfully with residents and fellow team members
