About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Housekeeper to join our team in Waikiki. This role is suitable for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required, as we are happy to train candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering quality work. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, staying active, and making a difference by keeping facilities clean and safe.

Requirements

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Able to climb stairs multiple times throughout the day
Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift
Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning floors and surfaces
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
Restocking restroom supplies such as soap, paper products, and hand sanitizer
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and meeting spaces
Cleaning and disinfecting furniture, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces
Reporting maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
Safely operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
Working with fellow team members to provide consistent, high-quality service
Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed
