About The Position

Comfort Suites Outlet Center is currently hiring for a part-time Housekeeper. This position offers flexible hours and could be the perfect opportunity for someone who can't work a traditional schedule. Requirements

• A genuine and friendly approach to guest interactions.
• Able to collaborate with teammates and with other departments
• Able to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Sufficient communication skills to be able to direct the guest to someone who can better assist them
• Friendly demeanor – a smile when passing a guest is a great communication skill
• Consistent awareness of physical environment and attention to safety & security
• Attention to all details in each room; impeccable cleanliness in each and every detail
• Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently & thoroughly
• Able to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure that rooms are done within prescribed time limits and done to standard.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position; Pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, working quickly and constantly on your feet.
• Basic understanding of cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals
• Understanding of safety protocols and able to report safety hazards

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean each room to hotel standards - vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, cleaning bathrooms, and making the beds.
