About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Ridgemere located in Conway, AR. This full-time position plays a crucial role in making each resident's room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. The Housekeeper is also responsible for ensuring all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
- Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
- Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
- Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
- Providing housekeeping services for residents to make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
