Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in housekeeping
  • Oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards, as applied to cleaning chemicals and compounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Self-starter; able to work with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position

Responsibilities

  • Performs tasks assigned by management to include, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, polishing brass, mopping, disinfecting phones, and laundry
  • Uses cleaning chemicals to sanitize restrooms, glass doors, and exercise equipment
  • Disposes of trash properly
  • Operates vacuum cleaner
  • Regularly communicates with all clubhouse associates, members and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
  • Reports any damage, burned out light bulbs, and any plumbing problems to supervisor.
  • Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor
