About The Position

Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Housekeepers at Hogan Park. The Housekeeping position involves performing assigned housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and resident areas.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English.
Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals.
Ability to be exposed to chemical fumes, dust, and pet dander.
Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled housekeeping tasks as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures, turning mattresses, moving light furniture, and emptying trash receptacles.
Perform other cleaning duties for resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
Assist with cleaning and refurbishing of vacated residences.
Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry for the community and residents.
Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry.
Keep housekeeping carts clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies in OSHA-approved containers.
