Responsibilities
- Able to perform proper cleaning techniques and procedures when cleaning patient rooms, offices, and other designated areas within the Carle organization.
- Demonstrates procedural knowledge of chemical handling; able to dispose of biohazard spills.
- Performs all housekeeping duties with the special needs of Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients in mind.
- Able to perform and converse on proper infection control techniques and proper hand hygiene.
- Able to use disinfectants in critical areas including surgery suites.
