About The Position
The Aspenwood Company is seeking a compassionate, friendly, and meticulous individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Village on the Park McKinney, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community. This role involves cleaning occupied and empty apartments, as well as community areas, and performing laundry duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys interacting with seniors. While housekeeping experience is preferred, it is not required as we will provide training for the right candidates. A genuine desire to work with seniors and an understanding of behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes are essential.
Requirements
- Desire to work with seniors
- Tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes
- Satisfactory background check
- Satisfactory drug screening

- Housekeeping experience preferred
