About The Position
The Housekeeper helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role involves cleaning resident and facility areas, replenishing supplies, and engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Requirements
- Able to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Demonstrates genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Regularly replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies.
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff.
