About The Position

As a Housekeeper at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort, you’ll play an important role in creating the clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience our guests remember. From cozy cabins and condos to shared resort spaces, you’ll help keep Cooper Spur looking its best and ready for every guest who arrives at the mountain. Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll take pride in the details, from fresh linens and sparkling bathrooms to a well-stocked room and a warm sense of arrival. You’ll work both independently and alongside your teammates, with every day bringing something a little different in a beautiful mountain environment. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and take pride in doing a job well, this is a great opportunity to join the Cooper Spur team and help create memorable mountain stays for our guests.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must have reliable transportation for winter driving conditions
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under pressure
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

Keep cabins, condos, and shared resort spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Ensure fresh linens and sparkling bathrooms.
Ensure rooms are well-stocked.
