Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas, residents’ rooms, and empty units according to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
Perform window washing duties as needed throughout the facility.
Accurately complete all assigned tasks, including documentation, based on the daily work schedule.
Ensure rooms and common areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including bathroom and cleaning supplies.
Empty trash and garbage containers regularly, ensuring waste is transported to disposal areas.
Provide friendly, positive interactions with residents, contributing to their overall well-being and comfort.
