About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position plays a crucial role in creating a comfortable, clean, and cozy living environment for our residents by providing essential housekeeping services. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of various common areas, ensuring everything is in its place.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must be active and able to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Must pass a health screening including a test for pulmonary tuberculosis.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Provide housekeeping services for residents to make each room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
Ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
