Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will perform all cleaning tasks and ensure that each unit is cleaned as specified by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations.
• Will assist in removing furniture, other items, and trash from vacated units and ensure that all units are ready for occupancy per HUD regulations.
• Will maintain and inventory cleaning supplies and complete other duties as assigned.
