The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all rental units to the standards set by Wintergreen. This includes removing and remaking beds, cleaning all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms appropriately, and ensuring condos are cleaned to specifications. The role also involves keeping records of unit statuses, communicating with supervisors, and assisting guests, owners, and co-workers as needed. Additional duties may include cleaning corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and lounges, distributing linen and supplies, restocking room amenities, inspecting mattresses, storing laundry, checking appliances, realigning furniture, responding to guest queries and housekeeping issues, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of guest rooms, all while following company safety and security procedures.
