About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at Pinnacle Groves Senior Living in Rogers, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing housekeeping services to ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and tidy. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 to $18.00. We are looking for a positive, energetic, and professional individual who loves our residents and is committed to making each room a home.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Good physical health verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Provide housekeeping services for residents, making each room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
Ensure all areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
