Requirements

  • No previous cleaning experience required.
  • Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
  • Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies.
  • Requires the ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
  • Requires a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Requires dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Requires the ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift.
  • Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.
  • Requires the ability to lift 25 – 35 pounds intermittently during the workday.
  • Working Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Maintaining a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
  • Ensuring exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
  • Performing various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Visually inspecting rooms to help identify needed maintenance items.
  • Assisting guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
  • Providing friendly and courteous service with a "Service +1" attitude.
  • Assisting in laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment.
