The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and member satisfaction throughout the club's facilities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all member areas, dining venues, locker rooms, offices, meeting spaces, and public areas reflect the exceptional quality and service standards expected in a premier country club environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, professional in appearance, and committed to creating a welcoming and immaculate experience for members and guests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, and/or country club) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism around members and guests.
Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all club facilities, including: Clubhouse common areas, Dining rooms and lounges, Locker rooms and restrooms, Fitness and wellness facilities, Meeting and event spaces, Administrative offices, Hallways, stairways, and entrances
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and high-touch surfaces.
Replenish restroom and locker room supplies including soap, paper products, towels, and amenities.
Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other reflective surfaces.
Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards promptly.
