Position Summary: Clean assigned areas daily to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of the population that use our facility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum
- Willingness to work with others
- Maintain housekeeping equipment
- Report any safety issues
- Must follow all Policies and Procedures of St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care
Responsibilities
- Collect all trash and empty in outside dumpster daily
- Sweep and mop all rooms and common areas daily
- Clean toilets and sinks daily
- Sweep and mop bathrooms daily
- Stock paper and soap dispensers daily
- Wipe down woodwork as needed
- Wipe down spills on walls as needed
- Clean all glass as needed
- Stock housekeeping cart daily
- Notify Maintenance for any housekeeping supply needs
- Use floor scrubber as needed
- Answer cleanup calls as they arise
- Vacuum offices and area rugs daily
- Deep clean areas when needed
- Help Head housekeeper/Maintenance as needed
- Report any unusual activity to Facilities Manager/Maintenance
- Occasionally help with setup/teardown for Events and Rentals
