Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
• 1 year of housekeeping or custodial experience
• Ability to walk the property regularly and work in varying weather conditions
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 25lbs and climbing stairs/ladders as needed

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Maintain common areas including office, clubhouse, and hallways
• Manage inventory and care of custodial supplies/equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of tools and work areas
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Provide prompt and courteous service to residents and team members
