About The Position

Requirements

  • A detail oriented and task-focused individual.
  • A strong communicator.
  • A personable and confident customer service professional with a “Resident First” mindset.
  • A Team Player.
  • Organized and Accountable.
  • General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
  • Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the community's interior.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and making our community feel at home.
  • Respond to service needs and follow the make-ready schedule.
  • Maintain excellent amenity appearance, paying attention to details and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
  • Collaborate closely with your team members to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness-related issues.
