About The Position

This job is more than changing beds and doing laundry; it’s about being part of a team, that is proud of the high standards we set to ensure our hostel is clean and welcoming for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness around the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, emphasizing efficiency and excellent service. Basic English is required. You’ll also be able to enjoy the fact that you’re part of a not-for-profit organization that embraces sustainable tourism and values a healthy work-life balance. Requirements

Basic English is required.
Must be able to spend 6-7 hours on your feet every day.
Attention to detail.

Ability to balance professionalism with personality.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping experience in hostels or hotels.
