Requirements

• Ability to speak and understand English to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, instructions, and perform simple calculations.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead and floor care.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and time management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain health and safety standards.
• Follow detailed instructions for cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts, often in a fast-paced environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
