Responsibilities

• Follow assigned daily, weekly, and annual cleaning schedules and procedures
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, elevators, stairways, and common areas
• Polish furnishings, fixtures, and room heating/cooling units
• Clean windows, mirrors, and bathroom fixtures; remove marks and residue
• Sweep, dust, and mop floors while ensuring proper safety signage is in place
• Clean and prepare vacant resident rooms
• Empty trash and waste to maintain an odor-free environment
• Clean and store housekeeping carts, tools, and equipment at the end of each shift
• Report missing labels or unsafe storage of hazardous chemicals to the supervisor
