Requirements

Requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
Have a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Create memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards.
Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making bathrooms shine.
Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude, quickly and efficiently responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times.
May be asked to assist in laundry or clean public spaces when necessary.
