Requirements

  • Requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
  • Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
  • Have a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Create memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
  • Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
  • Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards.
  • Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making bathrooms shine.
  • Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude, quickly and efficiently responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times.
  • May be asked to assist in laundry or clean public spaces when necessary.
