Napa Valley Care Center is looking for dedicated Housekeepers to join our team and help provide a safe, sanitary, and pleasant home for our residents and staff. Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion for seniors and a commitment to excellent service
- Ability to follow cleaning and infection-control protocols
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
- Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Work collaboratively with all departments to support resident care
