Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect inpatient, outpatient, and office areas to maintain a clean and aseptic environment.
• Remove and segregate waste in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Report maintenance problems and regulatory or safety issues to management.
• Keep equipment, carts, and closets clean and safe, and ensure supplies are available at appropriate levels.
• Complete annual training requirements and participate in regular training on departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, working groups, and committees as needed to help develop departmental processes.
• Operate Epic Rovers and Vocera systems to communicate effectively and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Assist with training new hires in assigned areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
