About The Position

Eastmont is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to care for resident accommodations and shared spaces while providing excellent customer service to residents. The role may occasionally assist with laundry and includes keeping housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and stocked, as well as maintaining equipment. The position starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher rates based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of start.
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and providing the best experience for residents.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• May need to complete other pre-employment screenings, such as a physical, fingerprinting, and TB test, as required by state or local guidelines.
• May occasionally need to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired but not required.
• CPR and First Aid training may be required under state or local guidelines.
